Bonjour

Je n'arrive pas a entendre le son des personnes avec qui je joue sur tout type de jeu

Pourtant quand je joue avec les amis du xbox live je les entends bien

De plus je vois bien le logo du son qui montre que ceux-ci sont en train de parler mais aucun son

Malheureusement j'ai essayé et cela n'a pas fonctionné

J'ai actuellement deux comptes sur xbox , 1 parents et un autre enfant.

Le compte parents fonctione bien depuis le reboot de la xbox mais toujouto rien du coté de l'autre compte.

Je voulais savoir si il y avait une manipulation faire pour modifier cela partir du compte parents, ou que cela venait d'autre part.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
