    Somone Modded My Gamerscore


    Hello...I can't seem to find right pepole to contact about this issue but i am just going to say it out aloud!

    Somone Had hacked my Xbox live account for no reason. i noticed when i was able to reset my password i had noticed after i had loged in that my gamerscore had been changed from 21699 to 24694 an i had come into assumption that my account gamerscore was
    modded but the modding wasnt caused by me in any way..an i don't know why somone would do that to me after years being on xbox live. i have been loyal an happy an have been. much noticed by pepole i have recommend this company to pepole for 6-7 years. i am
    asking you guys to Change my gamerscore to its orignal gamerscore which is 21699. an the guy that did this to me his gamertag is TheShadowManII.

    Please contact me back please.

    Ps. Please dont reset my 0 an label me a cheater because i am not an i can pove i didnt mod anything an why would i? its cheating an i don't like cheaters or hackers. i am just here to get this all fixed. Have a Great day.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. The act of modding the gamerscore requires a person to put their gamertag on a usb stick and modding it on a PC. This requires direct access to the tag itself which means it would have been done at your location.

    The best advice I can offer is to contact phone support and let them know what happened with the tag. Please click this link to get the number for your region Customer Support

    As for enforcement actions, the decision to reset is strictly up to the PET after a report has been made on the account.

    Same here i had overr 15300 now i have 20 gamerscore from the achievement i got this morning, that i already have. It also says I have 15002 when click on my avatar and go to achievments and when i compare games with somone. Other then that it says I only
    have 20 gamerscore :(
