    It's like an old Windows computer when we had to wait a few minutes to the operational system finally being quick enough after powering it on.

    A pretty much bizarre thing since we now have a quick SSD storage. It's like the system itself is doing something after turned on from sleep so that, while we can browse the dashboard, games won't start. And also updates and installations in geral. They will stay in queue forever.

    Then, after about 5 minutes, installation/update from apps/games will finally begin and also games will start normally.

    What causes this behavior?! This wasn't a thing when using Xbox One X!

    I am unable to update this game!

    Try this: Uninstall the game. Set the game to reinstall and immediately put the console in sleep mode. Try to let the console sleep during the entire installation. The install will go much faster and have reduced chance of error in sleep mode. After a bit,
    wake the console up and install the update. You may wish to put the console in sleep mode once the update starts. Again, this will make it update faster with reduced chance of error. Then wake the console up a bit later and see if that worked. It should work.

    I installed Alan Wake from a disc and all the DLC showed up to install after that. No probs...

    I clicked on manage game after I installed it and the DLC's showed up to install.

    We were unable to turn on your console. Make sure this device is on the same network as your console and your console is set to instant on.

    Same problem here.

    I'm researched this a bit and it seems the Xbox usually don't reply to pings and when it doesn't, it can also not be woken up. I'm running a Ping Monitor and it tells me every now and then the Xbox responds for maybe a minute.

    Also...if you queue a download from smartglass, it Wakes something up so it starts responding to pings again. (and thus can be woken up)

    If you downloaded the game from Live and have the disc, sometimes this will happen. Delete everything from system settings under Minecraft, and then install the game to your HDD. After that, start the game and download any updates for it.

    I am having the same problem I am glad I am not the only one. I have it set for instant on and its weird sometimes. Sometimes when I wake up in the mornings it is completely off after it goes into low power mode. It all started with the latest system update.
    I am in the preview program and it has happened since the I first started getting the November update. The update is now out for the public so if this is a major issue I think it will be addressed. Answering a question from earlier in one the updates they
    made it so after the system updates and needs a restart it it will restart and go into low power mode automatically.
