    Sometimes virtual keyboard fails to appear.


    After the latest update, sometimes when you need to write something, for example when you want to search something, or write a Skype Message, the virtual keyboard fails to appear and you can't write anything and you can't do anything to make it appear. If you restart Xbox resolves the issue for a few hours and then the same behaviour happens again. Please fix that. I have filed a report.

    The problem is that the onscreen keyboard or virtual keyboard will not appear whenever I try to search, enter passwords, or text the virtual keyboard never appears the cursor flashes a few times then stops the controller is completely unresponsive the only responsive button on the controller is the home button in the center of the controller which pulls up an onscreen menu that I still can't navigate because no other buttons on the controller are responsive but like I previously said this is only temporary but as soon as I need to pull up the virtual keyboard it happens all over again my virtual keyboard will not appear onscreen

    Hello Luis,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the virtual keyboard on your Xbox One console not being the normal size that it was.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.
