    Something's wrong with my xbox queue


    My series s has a queue problem cus every time I update or install something my console just starts bugging out. Like not doing progress in the installation for a few minutes,the side bar just not working properly, apps just crashing or freezing as I put something in the installation queue,even discord and xbox party just disconnect

    Do you realize that accessing another persons account is a violation of the
    Code of Conduct    ?
    I do and it was contentious, he aloud me to play on his account.

    Hi thanks for getting back to me. I don't have another TV but I unplugged and left it and bought a brand new hdmi and it's fixed/sorted itself now.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Have you tried to use a different TV as well as it can be an issue with the TV's HDMI port or the console's HDMI port.

    If the same issue occurs after trying a different TV, you may need to create a repair order for your console by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices.
