Both my kids Xbox accounts were set to United States (don’t know why) and couldn’t redeem an Xbox card, they got as a gift. So I changed them from US to UK and now I can’t access their accounts! Each time I try and login it asks for parental consent but when I sign in with my email to approve it says the above error. I have been in a loop trying for about two hours now, and can’t seem to get any answers anywhere.

Some people are saying on older threads that they’ve had to deleted their child’s account and just start again, but this is totally unacceptable. The kids have games they have purchased and I’m not losing that because the Microsoft system isn’t working as intended.

Does anyone have a fix?

I think the issue maybe 1 which xbox your using if your on a one x it maybe the version of hdmi cable you are using and the converter may not support 4k hdr my friend.

DVI doesn't carry sound.

But for your HDMI to VGA problem:

Does the adapter have any means of setting up a certain display resolution? Maybe the HDMI converter tries to push a 1920x1080 resolution through VGA, and your monitor doesn't support that.

Check the manual of the HDMI converter, and also set the console to a very low resolution.

Try this:

Eject and remove any disc from the console if necessary. Then hold the power button on the console for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off completely. Let go of the power button.

Now hold down Eject and the Power button at the same time (if you have an All Digital Edition Xbox One, then hold the Bind button).

With these two buttons held down, the console will chime as soon as you press the Power button, and while still holding both buttons, the console will chime a second time. After that, let go of the two buttons.

Check if the monitor now displays a picture.

If it does, go to the settings of the console and set it to a resolution your monitor and HDMI adapter support.

And I forgot to say, it is an adapter. And I try to plug it in to XBOX One.
