    Get the Xbox Insider Hub app for Windows 10, and then under Insider Content there should be a Minecraft option.

    You should no longer need to use the account that enrolled the console in the Xbox Insider program to remove the console. If you download the Xbox Insider Hub app on the console then on the left hand side of the screen select insider content and you should
    be able to remove the console here.

    If you can't remove the console from the Insider program can you please try posting this in the
    Xbox Insiders Reddit forums for assistance.

    Please go to "my games and apps" "Xbox Insider hub" "insider content" And see if you are part of it.

    Weird. You can opt out by going to the Xbox Insider Hub, Insider Content and choose "Xbox Insider Preview" or something like that. Then click "Manage" and select "Opt out". Be aware that this will reset the console (I think it's keeping the games but deleting
    the accounts, screenshots etc.)
