Something wrong with my Rewards

so I get an email about my rewards points but it says: There seems to be an issue with your account. Please reach out to our support forum. I am wondering what is going on with my account and why I am unable to access my reward points I’ve accumulated for
rewards. Thank You.

Ice Whisperer This sounds like it's an Xbox LIVE Rewards issue, if that's the case, please make sure to make a post here.
One of the Xbox LIVE Rewards team members will be able to look at why you haven't received your pending reward points.

Please Note: Reward team members only work from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard time. They answer questions in the order they were received.

 

Something wrong with rewards points?

I have 190 points sitting in the "Points Pending" section and the last thing that was done was on the 22ed of June. It says on the page that "Once you have more than 100 Pending Points, they will be deposited into your Xbox Live account by the 15th or 30th
of each month." It's now the 31st of July, a full month after the last addition to the Points Pending section. When will they be put into my account?

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
