    So I bought my new xbox along with the 12 month XB live from Australia (Brisbane) but when I enter it this message pops up "Something went wrong". The code technically works. System recognizes what the code is while trying to redeem it, but it doesn't
    process the redemption. I am very frustrated by this issue. BTW my region is set to Australia as well. This had been occurring from early this month. Need urgent help as I am not able to use what I purchased.

    I tried to log in to my dow 2 game today but I needed to enter my password. I then enter in the password many times but it did not work. I was think to myself WTH was going on. Then I logged in to my live account but it needed to be verified to my gmail
    account... so I didn't remember my gmail account password. I decided to use my hotmail account. When I went to change it I didn't change @live to @hotmail.com. Now I have lost game Xbox live gaming account...

    WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK?

    I'm starting to hate all the hoops I have to go through. I'm thinking about leaving live for good...

    Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.

    help me with the problem that i am having with the Xbox store many of there games are cheaper at the stores in your state than the Xbox store so don't buy from the xbox store you will save money get the games cheaper at many stores indoor area
