Something went wrong

None of my games will open but I can use my apps. It says "Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x570 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate." I did that and it said nothing was found as if the code was incorrect. I have
unplugged my xbox multiple times and nothing has changed.

I tried to log in to my dow 2 game today but I needed to enter my password. I then enter in the password many times but it did not work. I was think to myself WTH was going on. Then I logged in to my live account but it needed to be verified to my gmail
account... so I didn't remember my gmail account password. I decided to use my hotmail account. When I went to change it I didn't change @live to @hotmail.com. Now I have lost game Xbox live gaming account...

WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK?

I'm starting to hate all the hoops I have to go through. I'm thinking about leaving live for good...

You can try to partially reset the console to factory default while keeping the games and apps at your own risk . Settings > all settings > system > console info > reset console > keep games and apps . Just make sure that you have a good internet connection
and that you remember the account's email/password since all the accounts on the console will be deleted or contact Xbox Support. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/...
