"Something went wrong " when purchasing for over two weeks now

Did you try hard resetting your Xbox? ( Holding the power button until the console shuts off and unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds.) And is your Xbox fully updated?

Having the same issue for over a week now trying to get my controller repaired/replaced and when I try to get a call back, I get the something went wrong error when trying to add my phone number.

So frustrating trying to get help from anyone!!

Over the past week when I have finished editing my clips the rendering portion is working but it is not uploading. I get the error : Sorry, something went wrong there...

I only have two options, "Discard video and start again" or "Retry failed providers." I'm not getting the full cloud notice in my uploads either.

Thank you. I made the purchase on my xbox. When I go to that link my purchase doesn’t show up. I made it over 24 hours ago, so it should be there now.

When I try to do a claim it says this “ We're sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later”

I'm getting an error when I try to purchase the ultimate pass. Says something went wrong on their side and to wait, but I've tried like 20 times now.
