Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to use your Xbox Account.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

Log in to Xbox.com

• Step 1: Scroll down, and select Support at the bottom left-hand side under Xbox.
• Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click on Contact Us
• Step 3 : Select Billing & accounts then "See other options"
• Step 4 : Select your Issue
  • Select - "Show contact options"
  • Select – Request a call from Support

Yeah same issue here..

I haven't been able to find a solution.

Pixel 2 XL. Android 10. Australia.

Checked Android forums to no avail.

Nokia 8 running Android 9

I haven't been able to login on both xbox and game pass apps for about a month.

I've tried:

- uninstalling and reinstalling both apps.

- logging out of MS launcher.

- turning off WiFi and using 4G.

- Logging on using my phone's Web browser (which I can BTW but it didn't change the response from the apps)

- Checking the settings on my xbox one.

- Changing the clock to 24h time.

Can someone from Microsoft at least check the error code and tell me what the problem is?
