Something went wrong . Error: E102 00000C01 800701 . I am so gutted by the fact that Microsoft knew of this error and no fixes to the console whatsoever. Because of COV19 I could not book my console for replacement and now the warranty has expired .How do
we resolve this Microsoft .This is unfair business practice.

This console was released in 2018 and you are not making it easy for customers to enjoy their purchase. This is something that you should be able to fix without impacting poor customers. I have spent a lot of time trying to follow your guides but literally
it is not working.

How do we pass this. I mean you are Microsoft. And we deserve better as customers who buy your product. Paid a lot of cash for the product that has more defects.

Kindly assist with this issue.

I clicked troubleshoot then restore factory defaults and then it said "something went wrong" and is back at the restart or troubleshoot screen

I tried Reset and keep my games , It says ... something went wrong . I now get E102 00000C01 8007045D

UPDATE: just went to the something went wrong screen with the error code E102 00000C12 8007045D
