    I cannot do anything on my xbox. It is stuck on the “Something went wrong.” I have attempted everything but the USB offline system update. I want to erase my xbox and attempt to start new. Is there a way to manually do this without interacting with the system itself. I have attempted everything on the internet.

    There should be an error code showing from there, can I have it, please? This will determine what other steps we need to perform.

    Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.
