    My friend wanted to gift me a gift on xbox as a present so he gifted me the fortnite corrupted pack. I got the notification on my xbox so I went to xbox live messages and it was there. I pressed redeem and it brought me to the store. When I redeemed it in
    the store it just comes up with the same message, something went wrong. Check instructions that came with your code. But I can't check instructions on the code because he gifted it so there is no instructions.

    I don't know if there is something wrong with the Microsoft store or if the system is down. I've been trying to redeem this code for a few days now and it never works just the same message.

    My other friend got gifted a thing and its not working for him so I'm wondering if its just a problem with the xbox store.

    If you haven't already, I would recommend that you attempt to
    redeem this code online     or even using the
    Xbox Console Companion     app on your mobile device.

    If you are unable to redeem your code this way, then for this specific issue, I would have to recommend that you

    Contact Xbox Customer Support     as they would be better equipped to assist you with providing more info on this code.

    Right,it wont work then if your app is set to U.S. & you are in Argentina.

    You would need to change the region to the correct one.

    If you can do that you will probably have to go to "my games & apps",then "full library" & then "all owned games" to install the game on your xbox if the game does not install straight away.

    Yeah, ive had the same message come up when my dad gave me SnowRunner, i clicked on the option to redeem it, though it just says "error occured, check the instructions". hope this problem can be fixed as i wanna play this game haha.
