    This is what i get when i try to redeem a live membership.

    And there is no such web page as xbox.com/errorhelp .
    Any Ideas or help ?

    Did you receive an 8 digit error code when you tried? Were you a Gold member when you first tried the code as you're showing as one now.

    If not then try entering the code on the website here

    My Xbox Gold membership ended early and I buy a prepaid card and it says an error occurs

    I too cannot redeem my prepaid 12month gold xbox live membership card on my Xbox one, It says something went wrong after it already confirms that it's a valid card and what it is redeemable for,

    I do not have any fraud or suspicious behavior and I can't redeem my code, This isn't my problem either, It's MS problem like above me said, Fix it!
