I am trying to redeem my points for 2,000 points for the 12month Xbox Live Gold Subscription and am running into the following error:

I’ve got the same issue. Everything is out of stock and the one thing that I can use gives me the error. Do they really want us to redeem these ?

 

Me too. Tried cashing in gems for rewards credits but i got the same error message.

 

the exact same thing happened to me too tried to cash in my gems for reward credits but came up with the same error but the problem should be sorted out soon so don't worry

I actually redeemed two 250 gems for 5000 points each... I just haven't gotten my points yet. Hopefully this gets sorted out.
