As part of our isolation, please make sure that your Windows have the latest updates. Follow these steps:

1. Right-click the Start menu.

2. Select Settings.

3. In the Windows Update tab, select the Check for updates button.

Once fully updated, please use the Microsoft Gaming Repair Tool for Xbox App, this tool detects and automatically repairs error found on your system. Please download and install it using this link then run it as administrator.
