Something stuck in One X disc drive.

A small foreign object has been accidentally incerted into my Xbox One X after it was stuck onto the bottom of my disc now its scratching my disc's up and making weird noises in my disc drive and now I can't get it out if anyone
has a solution that would be great.

Quantum Break won't install from disc, on my new Xbox One X, this game seems stuck but was able to get full install anyway.

Quantum Break won't install from disc right away, and there was no problem with it on the Xbox One Orginal, but since I now have Xbox One X, this game seems stuck at 3.61GB as far as I can tell their is no marks on the disc itself, just keeps getting that
Installation stopped message on my new Xbox One X system, try again to reinstall it from disc, even I try rebooting the Xbox One X , I am not sure how to fix this problem with disc besides buying a replacement since its over 2 years old game I would say, anyway
I got it to install using the 3 eject disc and putting it back in every time it had stopped and to it into drive and was able to update and play it from disc, it just took 3 times to get full install of this game from its disc. has something to do with the
disc itself being defective, like its too thin you can see the label from the disc image side which is why I think the new Xbox One X had a problem reading it, again all other disc based games I own , install without problems just this one game it seems.

Manually Eject a Disc from Xbox One guide, are you able to dislodge the object? If not, then we'd recommend
registering your console and setting up a service request to have your console repaired.

I would advise that you stop attempting to read game discs on your console and get it repaired. Either the drive is faulty and not picking up the disc correctly, or there is something near the laser diode which is touching the disc. Typically it's the
former.

Basically the discs in the One X are in direct contact with the laser diode, they're touching. If the disc comes into physical contact with the laser diode, it will leave a distinctive circle type scratch. The laser and the disc do not touch each other
in a working console. The One X uses the same type of UHD Blu-ray drive as the One S.

This isn't something unique to an Xbox console, it can be a common fault on all types of optical drives on DVD players, Blu-ray players, audio CD players and game consoles.

Your disc won't be still inside your console. The Xbox One Blu-ray drive (just like all optical drives) is an enclosed unit and can only take one disc at a time there is literally nowhere for a disc to go, other than be picked up by the drive and spun. If
there is already a disc there or otherwise stuck in the drive, the other disc wouldn't go in.

It actually does. I got the Series X this holiday at $349, and the same disc is working perfectly. I have determined that the Xbox One X disc drive is trying to read Cross Gen discs differently than Xbox One discs. The disc drive on the Series X doesn’t have this issue. You might need a new disc or you might need to send your Series X for maintenance.

You have names mixed up. There are no consoles named the Xbox One Series S or Xbox One Series X.

The Xbox One/One S/One X all have a disc drive.

The Xbox One S All Digital Edition does not have a disc drive.

The Xbox Series X has a disc drive.

The Xbox Series S does not have a disc drive.

All the consoles can play backward compatible games. The Series S and One S all digital edition can only play games digitally downloaded.

The other consoles can play games from disc and from digitally downloaded,
