What region is your account set to? If you're account is set to a different region than the one you live in, you can see error messages like that.

Will it change the language also? from English to Spanish cause i cant read spanish

Well My Xbox i Bought when i lived it Utah

This is the first time i tried downloading a game to it...

Cause i really wanna get this game i dont wanna waste 30 dollars on it and find out i cant play it .... :|

The download might be Region Locked. However I know next to nothing about how the xbox rules concern regions so don't quote me on anything. My best guess is since it was bought in the States, the license for the game is for the United States. So im pretty
sure now to be able to play it you would have to download it while in the States(or on a US version xbox if yours is not). That is my best guess, but like I said, I'm not well versed in Region issues.
