Something is not right in my account

So today i checked my xbox credit, which should be like 14 Euro something, but there are 10 Euros missing. I checked the account running and yep, its just gone. I made no purchase, the money ist just gone.

earlyer today i rented a movie Noah SD download. it did not download, when i went to watch the movie it was not there in my memory or in the downloading que. i got charged 4 dollars and when i try to rent again it says i already have it, but its expired.
i also rented another movie, it downloaded the other movie

You can also check your Order History at account.microsoft.com under Payments & Billing > Order History. Check through there for if there were any fradulent charges or errors and if so, click "Get order help" underneath that for options to reach Billing
Support team.

 

Yea i did checked the order history and there is nothing. The money is just gone without any trace. The problem is im from Germany and when i go to the support website it only gives me the 2 options to post it in this forum or to post it on twitter. This
is really weird, i searched very hard for a support hotline, but it seems that there is none for germans. Maybe there is a german support hotline but its so hidden that i cant find it. So i guess my money is gone and i can do nothing about it cause there is
no real support in this forum. This sucks, what should i do now ^^ Why microsoft? WHY?!

The numbers used to be available on the contact site and another ambassador made a list a long time ago.

 

I think the website might also only display the options for contacting support phone numbers while they are actually open for the region? I could be wrong, but might check to see if they have that contact info during business hours.
