    I’m getting this message that says “Try that again something happened at our end. Waiting a bit might help” on the Xbox store every time I try to open it with everything else in the store section. I’ve been waiting for more than an hour for it and nothing
    changed. Anyone have a solution for this problem

    I have just added money to my account, no problem, but when I have gone into Xbox store to download zombie chronicles and press buy a message comes up saying something happened our end try waiting, I've waited and waited but still can't get it what am I
    doing wrong. Please help

    Try deleting you account and re downloading it to your xbox or i advise giving it a few more days and as it could be a issue with your ISP. If the issue is still there get back to us and we will come up with a solution to help you with this problem.

    Hi AhmedMostaaafa, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly clear the cache of the Microsoft Store App by following the steps below:

    1. On your search bar type in "wsreset" or "wsreset.exe".

    2. Right-click and then run as administrator.

    3. Wait for a couple of minutes before the Microsoft Store App launch and once done restart your PC before trying to install the game again.

    The error code says invalid subscription. This suggests that the code is either not for your region or was not activated at the point of purchase. You would need to contact the seller for more assistance.
