Something Blocking My Headset On My PC

First try hard reset on console power it down hold for 8 secs,

then try and update controller again we had this issue last night hard reset reset of router solved it

Ok, I put my RCA cable with the 3.5mm output into the Audio Out R/L and I can't hear a damn thing.

What does it mean? That my headset is broken or something? I hope not, 'cause I paid 40€ for it.

But how is it possible if I plug the headset into my PC it works just fine?

Returned it and bought a Hyper X cloud flight S for my PC, this solved the problem! Clearly this is a firmware issue with Infinite and this headset or something strange!

Hyper X is Way better, Comfier with far better quality sound, The Xbox headset sound is muddy in comparison.

Have you tried trying to connect the headset to your phone / PC? It could be something wrong with your headset.

I often use my controller on my Xbox and PC as well.

Have you updated your controller?

Are you using a headset adapter?

Sometimes I will get something similar problem where I get no sound when playing on the Xbox. My issue seems to be the headset adapter. Most times just detaching and reattaching the adapter seems to do the trick. Also, once you play with that controller
on PC it will automatically desynchronize it from your Xbox so you will have to sync it again.
