If it was support then it's nothing to do with them whatsoever so it doesn't matter if they say they are confused.

If it says you were suspended for harassment/abuse then that's what you did wrong.

Thing is I didn't do anything wrong, I don't message people ever neither do I talk on headset unless it's friends. Maybe someone reported me but could be mistaking me for someone else in the game. I don't do stuff like that waste of time lol. It says it
at the bottom of the report page on the enforcement .xbox.com page, where it says I have an active suspension.

So what you guys are saying is it's not good to stand up for yourself? because they invited me to a party after winning a game against me and they started saying I suck and stuff like that. I know that you can report someone but one report won't get them
from stopping and I can't tell my friends to report them because they did nothing to me. I feel like if I'm gonna get sworn at I should have the right to defend myself
