Someone used my card! What to do?

Someone used my mastercard to buy two products from xbox, microsoft doesn't want to help me, they tells me that I shoud contact xbox and xbox website suggests me to write to microsoft!! OMG

Yeah you can call Xbox Tech and in detail explain them you situation and they will be the best ones you can count on. I will give you just the website and you can go from there.

Hi i believe all on one day someone purchased 3 games and points using my parents check card and I wanted to know if their was a way to get my money back?

Sorry to hear it. If the card is only on your account you should be able to see the purchases by logging in to
account.microsoft.com and checking your order history. Mark down the date and order number of the purchases. Then go to
xbox.com/refund and fill out the refund request form for the items. Be sure to include the order date and number of the purchases.

If you cannot see any unknown purchases on your account then you should contact your credit card company to report the purchase

 

it's my friend account, I don't even have xbox ;/

 

but when I click on payments problem they want me to log in and cancel something XD but I don't even have account lol ;/

 

If your card has been ccompromised you will want to immediately remove the card from your account and change your password. You will also want to contact your financial institution as well as MS Billing Support so they can help to correct the issue.

 

Hi, I woud contact your card issuer and say you have had two unauthorised payments made on your account. Their fraud protection would investigate and you should get refunded.

I would definitely make them remove your card from their account as well. You should never give anyone access to your personal or financial information.

 

Your friend will also probably get an enforcement, for marketplace fraud. I would clearly explain to your friend, the consequences of their actions using your card without authority.

If you allowed them to use/add your card to their account, you may come unstuck.
