Someone turned off xbox live

Cannot connect to parties or games. It's 4:43pm....not even close t midnight.

"The Xbox Live multiplayer service will be unlocked on Xbox One and Xbox 360 during Free Multiplayer Weekend, which will take place on Xbox Live from 12:00 A.M. PT on June 9, 2016 to 11:59 P.M. PT on June 12 , 2016. "

cannot retrieve information from xbox live

i need help!! im trying to purchase xbox live from the marketplace and it keeps saying that it cannot retrieve information from xbox live. i have turned my console on and off and it still doesnt work. can someone help.

my xbox 360 was being update, someone turned it off, and now just it leaves the screen black

Forum shows your a silver account. Your XBOX LIVE must of just expired when you wanted to play.

It was supposed to be a "multiplayer" free weekend. Cut my silver account back off early sunday 6am-ish (EST) I didn't really check later since I still have gold and just switched accounts.

I know Skype Call is different to Xbox Live Party. I saw a picture of Xbox One's Forza 5 of someone in a Skype Chat and there were options like turn on/off cam turn on/off mic. And that you won't be able to cross platform chat, only just send text messages
between the both. I just wished they'd keep Xbox Live Party the way it is now on the 360, for Xbox One.

It's for PC, but if you're on an Xbox console it is required. On the Xbox One, there may be someone that has an active Xbox Live Gold or Xbox game pass ultimate that is sharing the subscription on the console itself.

If you have purchased an Xbox Live Gold subscription under his account simply perform a powercycle to re-sync the changes.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

When Microsoft resets someones gamerscore it is because you Modded your gamer score if you have not modded your gamerscore please try the following:

a(Turn the console off and back on

b(re-recover your xbox live gamertag

c(call xbox live support @ 188-4myxbox
