Someone took my code

I bought a code on G2A for a bundle with Forza Horizon 3 and 4 and their DLCs but when I try to redeem the codes, it initially said that I bought it in a different region from my account, but when I tried to redeem it later, it says that the code was already redeemed. I never redeemed the codes myself, so I think someone probably accessed my code and used them. Is there any way to find out who might have used the codes?

This means that codes purchased through this website are of unknown origin (often obtained fraudulently), and it's common for them to resell the codes you buy to other users and sell you codes from other regions without informing you. In this case, the only action you can take, and the only ones who can assist you with this issue, are the sellers. You should contact the store where the code was purchased and request a refund, as Microsoft does not provide technical support for codes purchased from unauthorized stores, since purchasing from such stores is not allowed, as you saw before.

Yes you can, i took a code off someone and it works fine with the Halo reach disk.

You definitely got bamboozled. Sorry but those codes are treated like cash. If you gave the code to someone and they took it your honestly out of luck as far as the code goes. It wont be replaced.

If you believe someone has access to your gamertag then you should immediately change the password associated with it.

They cannot lay claim to digital purchases as the purchase is linked to the account itself. Remember to set your console as the Home console to prevent others from using your content.
