    File a police report. They would need to work with Microsoft.

    Will we be able to customize Police Vehicles in GTA 5?

    All the police/fire/ems vehicles will be non-upgradable. However, watching some of the leaks, I've noticed two things:

    .

    1) Someone stole a police vehicle, lost the cops, got back in it, drove around, and no further police presence followed.

    2) Someone stole an ambulance, went back to safehouse, put it in there, left, came back, and it was...STILL THERE.
