Would you happen to know if Xbox support could check card details and email linked to purchase?

Well no games can't be transferred

Code is ok it worked and I was playing with the flight sim for a year. All of a sudden something happened to the account and so I removed it and re added it to the Xbox and the game disappeared. Xbox support said it's linked to another account that is not mines.
