    SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.


    Microsoft blocked me from my account (AFTER 1 LOGIN ATTEMPT after a recent password change!!!).

    I recently moved and changed my phone number, don’t have access to this phone, and this was never updated in their system for some reason!! So now I have to fill the form out but even though I provide A TON of information, their automated system is denying me. I even provided my dang Xbox serial number that I have 2 paid subscriptions on!!!!!!

    I cannot talk to anyone about this, as they do not let you for some reason. I have mutliple paid subscriptions that I now CANT EVEN CANCEL!!! Not to mention about $300 worth of games on my Xbox that I can’t transfer! I had to create a new account just to be able to put this out here.

    This is by far the worst customer support I’ve ever seen to completely lock out and leave this up to an automated system that is broken!!!

    So, you know the email and password and the system is telling you it is wrong? Or, you forgot the email/password all together?

    You can try the forgot password option and enter various emails you think you might have used. Then, check those emails and voila.

    Best bet would be Ebay or Amazon i would think.You could try your local games retailer but i'm not sure how many stock these anymore.

    First of all, check it if you really not typed the wrong password in. If it's typed correctly, manage your wireless network settings, and restore it to factory defaults. If it not help the issue, check you wireless routers options. Check
