Someone please help, my audio is cutting out while I stream.

Please check if you controller has the latest software update.

If the problem persist, it could be a faulty headset or the 3.5mm jack on the controller. If you have any other headsets, please try them, to eliminate the problem, if the problem still persists, the controller is faulty. Contact xbox repairs for fix or replacement if still under warranty.

Occasionally I'll loose audio with this game too. I'll finish a match and the audio will just cut out. Very Strange. Some times it even knocks out my whole systems audio thought the stero headset. This has happened when the controller disconnects randomly
while playing game.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with video and audio out of sync while streaming on Mixer. To help clarify, are you on a PC or streaming from your Xbox?

If you are streaming from PC, many settings come into factor, from the streaming program, the audio and video layer, network latency and bitrate variable. If you would like more information, I recommend trying to reach out to

Yes the freezing has stop but every now and then the game audio gets buggy certain parts will cut out like gunfire or npc talking but I believe this is a gearbox issue not an xbox issue anymore, so far thought when the audio cuts out I just save game nd
reload it seem to fix it for a short while

The Xbox 360 media player had to make some cuts to fit in the Xbox 360 system memory. For MP4 video files, multiple audio streams (and selection thereof) is not supported. The Xbox 360 will always play the first audio stream of a media file, with no way
to change the audio stream.

You might have to remove the English audio stream from the file or remux it, so the Spanish language track is the first in the file.
