    Someone please help me set my strict NAT type back to open PLEASE!


    My console NAT type is open but my AW NAT type is staying strict. I've tried resetting my router and I have no Idea how to port forward and will probably never learn.

    I spend 500$ on an Xbox One and they expect me to be a software handiman when they help in no way imaginable with the strict NAT type problem. Thanks Microsoft! Getting on my F*cking nerves! Their customer service has not helped whatsoever and I am seriously
    thinking about switching over to Sony! Probably a better choice at the rate this is getting fixed.

    Need help with my NAT type

    I have been trying everything to get my NAT type open but nothing works because no one has the same NAT type as mine:

    NAT type: Strict

    Your network is behind a port-symmetric NAT

    its very frustrating having a strict NAT type so please help

    Hi,

    This seems to be related to a NAT issue. Have you checked to see if your NAT type is set to Open instead of Moderate/Strict, same with your friend?
