Someone Please help. Can't log into Xbox live for Microsoft Bingo - customer support ...

For 3 weeks straight, I'm trying to log into Microsoft Bingo on my computer and I'm getting this error message: Unable to connect to Xbox Live. Try again or continue using a Guest profile. Error: 8007007E - - - XBox and Microsoft support chats left the
issue unresolved with each ping-ponging me back and forth, insisting the other is who to solve it through. A search for the error number comes up with nothing. I CAN log in on the xbox website/Microsoft website just fine. Just in the one game it won't let
me on any more.

Can someone from Microsoft change my E-mail on my LIVE account?

I can't log into my xbox LIVE account because my Microsoft Account is blocked and cannot be unblocked. Is there anyway someone from Microsoft that can change the E-mail that is linked to my LIVE account from your end? This would help immensely. Or is there
someone I can call that will change it for me, PLEASE I NEED HELP I CAN"T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!

Hi Jennifer, I just logged into MS bingo 5 minutes ago and it connected me to live also.

I'm running windows 10 pro 64bit. let me know if you get connected!

I also would try if you are on wireless or wired Ethernet connection to reboot your cable or dsl modem and wireless router and see if that resolves the connectivity issue.

also double check that you are connected to live by going to www.xbox.com and logging into your profile!
