Someone named fxctuals on Xbox keeps hitting my router offline.

someone with the gamer tag of "fxctuals" keeps hitting my router offline. Which means he's shutting off my internet from his side. This isn't the first time he's done this to me. He has done this multiple times to my router and my family gets angry when
this happens because the TVS get slowed down and nothing is working up to speed. Is there anything y'all could do to his account? Could y'all ban his account for a certain amount of time? I don't appreciate him doing this To my account and my internet. If
y'all could ban his account that would be a great help. Thanks.

You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. You would also want to contact your ISP so they can help get you back online and stay online.
