Xbox Marketplace games lag

I try to start a damn customer service chat with Microsoft to ask them for some help...Oh wait, Microsoft CS sucks and you can't even click the button to start the chat. Wtf kinda *** is that? Just keep hitting the button and nothing happens.

I can't connect to Xbox Live with a wired connection.

I'm having an issue connecting to Xbox Live with a wired connection. I can do it fine in another house and even in the house i'm in now, I can connect with the same ethernet cable in the same house on my PC but not my Xbox One. I can connect wirelessly,
but the lag at times is almost unplayable especially at daytime. I've tried using the live chat, but when I click start chat, nothing happens and the start chat button gets greyed out. So, my only option seems to be on the support forums. Can a support team
member or even someone who knows how to fix this issue please help me?

Well, I already did that and the download is done, but I still can't go to the online mode. In the marketplace there is this "Start Now" button (that I think I have to press it). When I click on "Start now" while the game is executing, nothing happens, because
I just can't. When I go to the "Download history" And i click "Start Now", It tells me that I have to have the game opened (WTF?).

Again, the solution might be really easy, but I'm new to this

What do I do??

I think they were in a hurry to get everything going for launch, but that is no excuse, they have lots of workers making lots of $$$.

Party chat: when someone invites me to a party in-game, I have to "Enable Party chat". Why can't it be like before: someone invites me to a party; I except - I'm in...no need to enable party chat...
