Add and update the security info for your Microsoft account

When it says that it will delete all security info up to that date, I believe it is saying it will delete all information regarding that Microsoft Account or pertaining to that email. You should be able to add a new email, delete the old one, and set up
new security measures.

Log on to accounts.live.com and Manage your security info. This will allow you to add a new email address or phone # that can be used to send you an authorization code.

I tried to follow the instructions to delete a proof, but when i log into my xbox account i dont have that option, nor do i have the option to manage your security info.
