someone made an lie and my reputation says i need work

I have someone here on xbox sending my messages about me treating him even tho he use foul language and he called me names saying that I contact the enforcement team about me threading me even tho i didnt, now my reputation says i need work. This didnt show
on my account after this person said that, he:s gamertag is TheDirtyGrandpa please fix this

The reputation thing is broken. My rep says Good on here, but on xbox it says Avoid Me. This NEEDS to be fixed and made aware that the reputation service is BROKEN.

My bad i should also state that my reputation has been saying this since 6-29-20 and remember that ive been told theres nothing even wrong with my reputation but it still says needs work

100% of the time when someone says they work for Microsoft or know someone who does, they are lieing. Do what Icestorm III suggested & just block and ignore him/her.

twice my account was 1 day and 2 days into a two week ban when I received an email letting me know I was permanently banned. it did not do this the first time my account was permanently banned. a week ago my account did not say reputation needs work and
now I am banned. the first time I had reputation avoid me and needs work for months before I was permanently banned. thus making me unrightfully permanently banned.

I'm not interested in anything you have to say. XBLPET or whatever needs to lift the ban on one of my accounts.
