    Hi. My sons microsoft account keeps getting hacked. We have changed passwords, done the 2 factor sign in and even got the auth app. But nothing is working, they find a way to sign in. I have the users account name and ip address how do I get them removed. I even have a screen shot of everything.

    I would suggest getting in touch with Microsoft Support As they will be able to assist you in making sure that the person getting into your account can't anymore and also to make sure that the same issue doesn't happen again.

    Also if you haven't already i would try some of the steps on the official compromised account Microsoft support page you can access this here : Compromised account support/ Microsoft
