So I've been away with family for a while, I left in early May (around the 4th) then i got back from my trip (around the 3rd of July). I haven't been on my Xbox fro a while so, I logged on and saw I was perma banned. so Iook on the enforcement actions under
my account and the suspension was true. I looked at the dates in which the action was taken, and it was May 21, a date in which I was not home or able to access my Xbox. I looked under my the details and saw the ban was from fraud, I proceeded to look at my
transaction history and was the transactions I've made before I had left town, and some I've made online while I was away to come back home to. but right in between those transactions was some transactions under an unknown sprint number. I've never used any
sprint number to make transactions, just my debit card. I've tried to submit a file review, but when i look on my account someone tried that already, but it wasn't me! so someone has been using my account without my permission, and now I'm stuck with a perma
ban. someone please help me!

I really hope the enforcement team sees this, and will provide account info to prove that this is my account.

Wrongly Banned

Someone has logged into my account without me knowing and has got my account permanently banned, I have never received a ban or a suspension for anything, Please help as i havent done anything wrong ...

Account banned

My account was banned because someone reported me for scamming even though I wasn't and my account was permanently banned. I was selling my old roblox account and people started to report me for no reason and then I was banned. Please help

enforcement team doesn't use forums. if the case review was already filed try to contact support at support.xbox.com and see if they can help.

I couldnt log into my account for days cause i think someone may have hacked it and now it says im permanent banned

twice my account was 1 day and 2 days into a two week ban when I received an email letting me know I was permanently banned. it did not do this the first time my account was permanently banned. a week ago my account did not say reputation needs work and
now I am banned. the first time I had reputation avoid me and needs work for months before I was permanently banned. thus making me unrightfully permanently banned.

I'm not interested in anything you have to say. XBLPET or whatever needs to lift the ban on one of my accounts.

I have tried to log in multiple times and I have recieved a pop up saying the account is permanently banned. Is this correct?

My cousin is extremely upset at his actions as he knows how much this account means to me. Is there any possibility that this isn't a permanent ban?
