someone used my account 3 hours before that i joined and i want get his localitation to advise the police for steal an account and change the passwor and the other person cant join more to my account

Xbox live disconnect every 5seconds

When I log on with my xbox live account it disconnects every 5 seconds I think it has to do with the following:

A friend of mine also has a xbox but internet problems at his home he couldn't get the last updates for gta V so he came to me to install those updates this happened with my profile on his xbox and while ussing a LAN cable

Changing Xbox NTSC-U/C to NTSC-J

Hello , Firstly I want to say I Have a bad english grammar . Ok , I Bought my xbox 360 s at 2011 in USA but I lives in Malaysia . My xbox now NTSC-U/C can I change it to NTSC-J ? And how I Want to know my xbox live account is US region or My country region
because i create the account in my country . I Hope someone can help me

You can also change your password at account.microsoft.com unless they changed your information on there if they did you would have to contact xbox support at support.xbox.com/contact-us and they would help you with the unauthorized access.

After the migration issue when people get phished I doubt ms will bring it back

Yeah they said that to me but i asked someoen called john about using a VPN and he said it wasnt recommended but it didnt break the code of conduct.

Actually i rang up MS and they said to me that they was sorting out the migration issues because so many people was ringing them up asking them to change their country location (FYI)
