Someone is using my card on their Xbox account? What steps do I take to get my card removed...

You would contact your card company about unauthorized use of your card.

Ok I signed in and in order to investigate I had to add this card to my account. It wasn't there to begin with. I was hoping what you were saying is that investigating would tell me whose Microsoft account has my card linked to it. I already knew what card of mine it was charged to It WAS in fact an Xbox game. How do I go about removing it from someone else's account?

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. In the meantime you can always add your card, make the purchase than remove the card. Personally, this is what I do as my kids use my console so don't want my card on file. Takes me about 3 minutes total
to add and remove card. Just an option until they get it sorted out.

I know that Josef but since there was no reason whatsoever to ban my profile on the forum then that makes me think that my profile/account could have been hacked.....and since the same account/profile I was using on the forum is the one I use for my Xbox I feel uncomfortable keep using it to buy games or doing card transactions actually I think I should quickly remove my debit card from the account and do not put it on back until someone does not get back to me with an explanation about what is going on. Does it make sense?
