someone is trying to take control of my account

my microsoft account is in my control but someone changed the email to theirs. when i try to add my email as an alternate login, the hacker just cancels the timer and i have to wait another 30 days for the lockdown to end just for him to cancel it again. is there a way i can change the email using verification methods like credit cards or something? thanks (the account i am refering to is not the account this post is on)

I understand that. It's because the original security information of your account has been replaced. You can still try to fill out the account recovery form through https://account.live.com/acsr and and see what options does it give you once successful.

i can still log onto the account and use everything its just that i cant change the email

It is against the forum rules to "name and shame". As is repeating what he said to you.

Report the player through the console, block comms, and ignore. That is the only things that need to be done. Also, if you want to avoid rude players and hackers, then stay off of CoD games.
