Someone is stealing my badges

Have you tried any specific steps for this issue?

Also, do you happen to see these badges return after you sign out of your profile, restart your Windows 10 device, then sign back in?

Hi Alycia, firstly it could be a friend pranking you. Or perhaps a relative? The chances this is sinister is extraordinarily rare. Even if this person is doing it to provoke a reaction my best advice is to set your account settings to private. Now you can
do this in your account management on your console. You can also make parties private also. Don't share your real name on your account and perhaps consider a name change for your user ID. If you have never changed it before it should be completely free. If
not there is a small fee of around 6 GBP or 8/9 USD.

I would also clear out your friends list of anybody you suspect might be doing this to you. Take a note with a bit of paper everybodys id. block them all one by one and check to see if this still happens.

AFTER you have changed your username if you take that road I suggest like I said above don't keep any favourite friends on your friends tab. it CAN show them your real name.
