    I was playing dbz kakorot and suddenly the closed and the joy stick moving. I thought it was just controler drift and i switched controllers but even with both controllers off it still moves very precise like someone is moving it not like drift. But the
    worst thing is that it opened the shop and typed "I see u" so i know its a hacker. I just turned the xbox off because they could buy something in the shop and they constantly do this to the point where i cant use my xbox

    This more sounds like someone is pranking you. You can control the Xbox using a smartphone (including joystick control, button pressing and typing). It must be someone in your own house, as it only works when you are connected to the same network.

    Do you have any siblings?

    Yep if you love with your friends then they are having fun. They would have connected the console via Xbox app on their phone.

    This would be something that the publisher decides on. MS has no control over this. The publishers are the ones that control the in game type currency and stuff like that.
