Someone Hitting me Offline

Look Community; watch out for a person using an OvH who likes to hit people offline for no reasons. We have dealt with this person for a very very long time; his name is [Mod Removed - Personal Information], and he has no reasons for hitting
me personally or my clan members offline in bo1 but he enjoy watching us get upset and just turn our xbox off quiting for the day sometimes members even quit xbox for that whole week. Please watch out.

Report and block them. That's all you really can do.

Report and block the person and if continues then you should contact your ISP with the details.

It'd also help you if you read the DDoS FAQ here.

You'd essentially need to contact your ISP to give you a new IP so this person can't kick you offline (unless you go into a game or party with them again).
