    Myself and another forum member need to barrow the software disc that came with the Microsoft Xbox 360 Force feedback steering wheel. The drivers are not available through MS.

    I would suggest trying to redeem the code again and if that doesn't work the only real option is to contact Xbox support by phone. I know you said that you couldn't do that but they are the only team who could look up your account and pre -paid code and
    see what is going on.

    the 4 digit code for the family password can only be reset by calling support. There is nothing we on the forums can do about it.

    If it's a 4 digit code to get into your account then you need to delete your profile from the console.
