Unfortunately, the only best option is to request assistance from Microsoft Xbox Support as they have the only tools to access a Microsoft account and possibly recover a hacked account.

I would highly recommend you contact them via Xbox chat support. Here's how:

1. Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us/

2. Click on the "Contact Us" button on the right of the screen.

3. Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.

4. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

5. Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

Thank you so much for your help and for sending those links. Unfortunately the first link told me that there is no existing microsoft account with that email (I double checked everything and there were no spelling errors). When i try to make a new account with the email it says "is already being used with another microsoft account. you should sign in with that account" like I said before I did not give anyone consent to use my account with theirs. I attempted to contact xbox support, but trying to is confusing to me

my account is hacked by a rambler.ru account and i think they changed my email, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one"

Sure does seem like someone got in there! Couple things I'd get on pronto!

1. If you had any Bank information associated with your account, contact your bank immediately and get some hold placed or have the card closed!

2. Start re-securing your account. Visit your
account and change your password, also i'd change my email as well because it may have been compromised as well!

3. Once you have full control back add in some extra security measures! Click

4. Check to make sure the intruder didn't damage your account standing (got you banned) Click HERE and run a console check.

After all is said and done, if you still regain your account and your credit card or banking wasn't stolen, then i'd start looking into maybe adding my friends back getting your downloads going again and trying to get back to normal!
