SOMEONE HAS GOTTEN HOLD OF MY XBOX ACCOUNT

We understand that your Xbox account appears to be playing specific game when you are not. It sounds like someone else has gained access to your account and is using it without your permission. Here are some steps you can take to regain control of your account:



Change your password:

• Go to account.microsoft.com/security and sign in with your Microsoft account.
  
• Click on "Password security" and then "Change password" to create a new password.
  
• Make sure to choose a strong password that you haven't used before.
  

Enable two-step verification:

• Two-step verification adds an extra layer of security to your account.
  
• Go to account.microsoft.com/security and click on "More security options" to set up two-step verification.
  
• Remember, always set at least three pieces of security information for two step verification.
  

Check your account activity:

• Go to account.microsoft.com/devices and check the list of devices that are signed in with your account.
  
• If you see any devices that you don't recognize, sign them out.

Unless someone else has gotten onto your account to delete those games, they should not be disappearing from your account. Either there is another account or someone has gotten onto yours.

You can view the activity on your account by going to billing.microsoft.com.

Unfortunately Microsoft does not refund anything that is purchased on the marketplace but you can phone Xbox Support and see if they can do anything.

Finally if you think someone has gotten hold of your account, you need to phone Xbox Support and open an Unauthorised Access Claim.

@sloppy haha same problem here guys. been offline since 5 a,m comcast wont answer calls until monday. and im stil on hold with xbox. has anyone gotten through to xbox and talked with someone about the issue?
