Someone has gained access to my sons xbox account

I HAVE SPENT 4 HOUrs trying to contact someone at microfsoft for help - There is no way to contact a live person While I am doing this my money is currently being stolen from my bank account and charges going to my paypal and credits cards HOW can I get some help. It wants to know one fraud charge at a time I have hundreds cost thousands of dollars there is another profile in my account and a device I do not recognize and no one from microsoft is helping me

Actually you can’t. The call back option is not available. Live chat is not live. It’s pre populated answers to what you type in. I kept typing help. I have a number of accounts being stolen from and Microsoft will not let me know how to contact them. I have dozens of fraudulent charges on my Xbox account and I can only report 1 at a time and have to write out description meanwhile the person who hacked my account continues to charge to my other accounts. It should not take multiple hours to get help in stopping fraud that was stolen because of Microsoft’s weak security. I’m a single mom who’s rent money was just charged out of my bank account. This is so frustrating. Thanks for the security and support Microsoft.

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.
