We understand that you're seeing someone else accessing your Minecraft and you have identified it's gamertag. As a Microsoft support, I can assist you with how to secure your account. However, reporting a player because of account usage requires proper investigation by the right team.

There is a possibility that the one who uses your Minecraft is someone you know (like family member) and that they are playing Minecraft in one of your devices. That is because the gamertag you provided is the same as to the one you are signed in on browser (based on your screenshot above). To secure your account, we recommend you try this:

1. Change the password and secure your account -
   
   • You may change your password then secure your account (Google account) immediately. This is to prevent further unauthorized access.
     
   • Minecraft access is now with Microsoft account. Changing your password will effectively allow you to play your own account. Please use this guide: Change your Microsoft account password - Microsoft Support.
     
   • (Optional) Set your account with two-step authentication. Please make sure you added at least 3 security information (excluding password). See guide: How to use two-step verification with your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support
     
2. Sign out from trusted devices.
   
   • Since this is related to Minecraft, you may force sign out your account on your trusted devices. Go to Additional security options (live.com) and sign into your account. Scroll down and look for Sign me out option.
     

Now, for the reporting of this player, if you would like to submit one depending on what device you are using. Please follow the steps below: How to report a player | Xbox Support. However, if you would like to investigate it on your own, you will know who access your account after changing your password and securing your account.

That explains why fifa shows up on my hacked account. They got hold of my email and via social engineering with support they changed the password and used someone credit card on my account and purchased stuff.

sorry for the delay I did not see the email that there was a response I have tried both of the troubleshooting steps both did not work My account was hacked and someone had used my last switch I don’t know why you guys can’t give me a switch if someone had hacked into my account my Microsoft account and you guys cant do anything that is stupid
